Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Sara Tours!

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with Sara Tours (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and apply to all bookings, reservations, purchases, and services provided through our website or via our customer support channels.

By accessing our website or booking a tour, transfer, or custom itinerary with us, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the required payment (deposit or full amount) and issue a formal confirmation voucher via email or WhatsApp.

  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate details (names as they appear on passports, flight numbers, dates, hotel locations, and contact information). Sara Tours is not liable for service disruptions caused by incorrect details provided by the client.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via secure online payment gateways, bank transfers, or cash on arrival (where explicitly stated and agreed upon in writing).

  • Currency: Prices are typically listed in USD, EUR, or EGP. Any conversion rates applied during payment are subject to your bank's or our payment processor's exchange policies.

We understand that travel plans can change. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations by the Client:

    • Day Trips and Local Excursions (e.g., Hurghada Snorkeling, Desert Safari): Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

    • Multi-Day, Private, or Custom Tours (e.g., Luxor overnight, Cairo flights packages): Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking depending on hotel and domestic flight policies. Generally, cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival may incur partial or full charges.

  • Cancellations by Sara Tours: We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to safety concerns, extreme weather conditions, unexpected government closures of historical sites, or force majeure. In such rare instances, you will be offered an alternative date, a similar excursion, or a 100% full refund.

  • By the Client: If you wish to change your tour date, pickup time, or passenger count, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes free of charge, subject to availability and third-party supplier conditions.

  • By Us: Minor changes to the itinerary (such as the order of sites visited) may occur due to traffic, local authority regulations, or site-specific conditions to ensure a smooth experience.

  • Entry Requirements: It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they hold a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry) and the appropriate visa to enter Egypt.

  • Travel Insurance: Sara Tours strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, baggage loss, and personal accidents before arriving in Egypt.

  • Compliance: Travelers must follow the safety instructions and guidelines provided by our local multilingual guides, drivers, and boat/safari captains.

  • Behavior: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for any client whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, illegal, or endangers the safety of our staff or other travelers. No refunds will be given in such cases.

  • Sara Tours acts as an agent for local suppliers, including hotels, boat operators, and safari centers. While we select only reputable, vetted partners, we are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by any third-party supplier or events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
